CREATIVE BY NATURE
With gastronomy, I understood that there are no barriers, there is no exclusive ingredient or technique for a branch; that when we know the ingredients and master the techniques, we really understand this ephemeral art that holds a lot of science.
I love sharing my findings and have done so for over 13 years in the classrooms of Gato Dumas.
I am a Colombian cook, pastry chef, baker and bartender. Director of innovation and development of Gato Dumas Colombia.
